going to la.

went to Universal Studios and the fashion district in la this weekend. Good times.... Universal is always fun.
The first night in LA we went to China Town to eat... so we stop at this place called "Chow Fun." We get to our table, ask our non Chinese waiter what's good, to which he replied, "I don't know, I've worked here for a year and a half and don't really like the food anymore." So we order a bunch of stuff and he writes the entire order on his hand (weirdo). During our meal he goes to the stereo and plays some kind of ska/reggae islandy type music...... my sister says there's a "learn chinese" audio in the bathroom and at the end of our meal when he brought out the fortune cookies, mine read "Tendra buena suerte en el verano."
